This is an opportunity to learn a specialised, hands-on trade crafting / machine sewing high-quality leather footballs in a clean, modern facility with a business known for stability, pride in workmanship, and long-term careers.

With a team member stepping back after 29 years, this is a rare opening to join a tight-knit team and learn a legacy craft.

The Role

You will be part of a skilled production team responsible for the hand and machine crafting of leather footballs, combining precision, consistency and pride in every product.

• Hand shaping and assembling footballs
• Machine sewing (leather work)
• Working across 3 production areas (full training provided)
• Maintaining quality standards and consistency

What We Are Looking For

• Strong work ethic – head down, get the job done mentality
• Hands-on and reliable with good attention to detail
• Experience in Industrial machine sewing (canvas, leather or upholstery) ideal
• Good hand strength to work with leather and coordination
• Someone who enjoys working in a team and takes pride in their work
