Are you…?

• An experienced Accounts Allrounder or Bookkeeper confident across AP & AR?
• Someone who has worked with inventory, imports, or within a manufacturing environment?
• Comfortable understanding stock movement, product flow, and reconciliations?
• Highly organised, able to multitask and manage competing priorities?
• A strong communicator who can handle customer and supplier queries professionally?
• Detail-focused, proactive, and someone who takes initiative?
• Looking for a role where you can step up over time into a Senior Accounts position?

Can you…?

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable end-to-end
• Perform bank reconciliations, credit card coding & maintain Xero
• Assist with BAS, PAYG, and month-end reporting
• Monitor cash flow and support financial reporting
• Reconcile sea freight, local freight, and stock movements
• Oversee stock systems and support inventory processes
• Coordinate warehouse and office supply ordering
• Problem solve and keep things running smoothly day to day

Bonus Points If You Have…

• Foreign exchange / trade finance reconciliation experience
• Exposure to freight and import processes
