MJM Recruit has partnered with a reputable National timber wholesaler, an Australian owned family business and market leader of premium building products, built on the foundation of providing quality products and delivering exceptional customer service. 


Working permanent part-time, you will report to the Finance Manager while providing support to the Finance Team.

  • Processing accounts payable invoices,
  • Following up and managing queries such as discrepancies,
  • Allocating codes, data entry of invoices,
  • Processing credit applications,
  • Managing accounts email communications,
  • Liaising, processing and maintaining supplier accounts; set up new accounts, changes, review amendments,
  • Management of insurance claims,
  • Vehicle management, fuel cards,
  • Reconciling credit card statements,
  • Meeting month end deadlines,
  • Ad hoc duties.


  • Must have a sense of humour, enjoy being part of a team,
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in general finance with a passion for accounts payable tasks,
  • Previous experience with ERPs; Oracle NetSuite highly desirable,
  • Knowledge of Foreign Exchange an advantage,
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written,
  • Collaborative interpersonal skills,
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks,
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy,
  • Possess a positive “can do” solutions approach.
